SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations We ship to 28 countries worldwide, including Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and across Europe and Asia. All orders ship from our facility in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (Canada):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

International:

  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • Europe (UK, France, Germany, etc.): 10-21 business days
  • Asia-Pacific (Australia, Japan, Singapore, etc.): 12-25 business days
  • Other regions: 14-30 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your Carnyo account.

International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@carnyo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your kitchen gadgets and household tools in perfect condition.
